Establecimiento de un sistema productivo de plátano hartón (Musa paradisiaca L) de forma tecnificada para fines de desarrollo agrícola familiar en la vereda El Consuelo, municipio de Saravena - Arauca

Abstract

El departamento de Arauca a lo largo de su historia ha sido fuertemente golpeado por el conflicto armado, sin embargo, la resiliencia de sus habitantes le ha apostado a dejar la ola de violencia atrás con la inclusión de nuevos modelos de producción agropecuaria, lo cual, ha generado expectativa a que el departamento sea considerado como una de las principales despensas agrícolas del país. El presente proyecto productivo agrícola se desarrolló en la vereda El Consuelo del municipio de Saravena (Arauca) con el fin de fortalecer el tejido social y productivo mediante el establecimiento de un cultivo de plátano hartón (M. paradisiaca) tecnificado con fines de desarrollo agrícola familiar. La inclusión del proyecto en la zona objetivo permitió brindar las bases para fortalecer técnicamente los sistemas productivos de 66 agricultores y ganaderos del sector, mediante la metodología “aprender haciendo y enseñar, demostrando” en los aspectos técnico, social, investigativo y comercial desarrollados en este trabajo. Además, la población beneficiada adquirió conocimientos en la fabricación de bioinsumos y la integración de estos a sus cultivos. Por medio del componente investigativo se pudo evidenciar como la combinación entre fertilización de síntesis química y una enmienda de compost orgánico permitió obtener plantas de buen crecimiento vegetativo. Este ensayo investigativo fue funcional para la transferencia de conocimiento técnico y extensión social en el territorio. El desarrollo del proyecto permitió fortalecer la producción tecnificada en la vereda El Consuelo bajo la proyección y extensión del componente agronómico, investigativo, social y empresarial implementado.

The department of Arauca throughout its history has been hit hard by the armed conflict, however, the resilience of its inhabitants has bet on leaving the wave of violence behind with the inclusion of new agricultural production models, which, It has generated expectation that the department is considered one of the main agricultural pantries in the country. This agricultural productive project was developed in the village of El Consuelo in the municipality of Saravena (Arauca) in order to strengthen the social and productive fabric through the establishment of a mechanized harvest of hartón plantain (M. paradisiaca) for the purpose of family agricultural development. The inclusion of the project in the target area made it possible to provide the bases to technically strengthen the productive systems of 66 farmers and ranchers in the sector, through the "learn by doing and teach by demonstrating" methodology in the technical, social, investigative and commercial aspects developed in this work. In addition, the benefited population acquired knowledge in the manufacture of bio-inputs and the integration of these into their crops. Through the investigative component it was possible to demonstrate how the combination between chemical synthesis fertilization and an organic compost amendment allowed obtaining plants with good vegetative growth. This investigative essay was functional for the transfer of technical knowledge and social extension in the territory. The development of the project made it possible to strengthen technical production in the village of El Consuelo under the projection and extension of the implemented agronomic, investigative, social and business component.
