Diseño de un aplicativo para el proceso de selección de resortes en dos referencias de puertas automáticas

Abstract

En este proyecto se desarrolla un aplicativo de selección de resortes para el proceso de instalación de dos referencias de puerta levadiza y basculante, para la empresa del sector metalmecánico Tecnipuertas LET, analizando la relación entre las características de la puerta: alto, ancho, peso, calibre, material y el efecto de las anteriores en los parámetros del resorte: número de vueltas, longitud, diámetro interno, externo y diámetro del alambre. El desarrollo se llevó a cabo en tres fases en la primera se realizó el análisis del proceso de fabricación e instalación y la caracterización de los materiales; realizada mediante estudios metalográfico y químico, con base en los resultados obtenidos se hizo la selección del material idóneo de acuerdo a las alternativas encontradas en la industria nacional y posteriormente se realizó el análisis de las fuerzas actuantes sobre el resorte, aspecto clave para el establecimiento de requerimientos del sistema. En la segunda fase, se compararon las metodologías de los autores Mott, Hamrock y Norton para el diseño de resortes de tensión y torsión utilizados en la industria, en consecuencia, se plantea la metodología y realiza el análisis de los efectos de costos y calidad esperados tras su aplicación en la empresa. Finalmente, en la tercera fase se realizó el desarrollo del algoritmo y del aplicativo en lenguaje C#.

This project presents an application for the selection of springs for the installation process of the lifting and tilting door references, for the company in the metalworking sector TecnipuertasLET, analyzing the relationship between the characteristics of the door: height, width, weight, caliber, material and the effect of the above on the spring parameters: number of turns, length, internal and external diameter and wire diameter. The development was done through three phases, in the first one the analysis of the installation process, the characterization of the materials; carried out through metallographic and chemical studies, based on the results obtained, the selection of the ideal material was made according to the alternatives found in the national industry and later the observation of the forces acting on the spring was carried out, a key aspect for the establishment of system requirements. In the second phase, the methodologies of the authors Mott, Hamrock and Norton for the design of tension and torsion springs applied in the industry were compared, consequently, the methodology is proposed and the analysis of the expected cost and quality effects is carried out. after its application in the company. Finally, in the third phase, the algorithm and the application were developed in C # language.
